Our articles are written by a wide range of members of our community, each of whom are informed and passionate about the subjects they write about.
While we are happy to publish articles from a wide range of voices and covering a wide range of topics, we ask that all of our articles follow a set of internal guidelines, which are roughly laid out in this pdf.

Podcasts
We produce, publish and promote a wide range of podcasts aligned to our purpose of making work a force for good. We generally produce two different types of podcasts: content based podcasts and interview based podcasts.
Content Based Podcasts
In our content based podcasts, two podcast hosts research and speak about a specific topic. These episodes combine a mixture of theory and practical advice in relation to the topic and they all follow roughly the same structure which is: Introduction, Key Definitions, Research Round-up, List of the Week, Lessons from the Keyboard, Key take-aways, Check-out.
These episodes are recorded either face-face, or remotely using podcast recording platforms.
Interview Based Podcasts
In our interview based podcasts, two podcast hosts interview a guest in relation to a topic they are knowledgeable and passionate about. These question based episodes contain a mixture of theory and practical discussion as well as some personal insights about the guests in them.
Though these episodes are question based, they follow similar structures and are well planned in advance of recording.
