To help everyone in your organization learn about organizational cultures and the importance of your ways of working and behaviours, we design and deliver interactive, online seminars that everyone can attend.
In these seminars we explain the basics of organizational cultures including what they are, why they matter, how to think about them and the different factors that affect them.
By the end of these sessions your colleagues have an appreciation of the importance of culture, understand the basics of culture and have some shared language to help them talk about culture within your organization.
Building on our knowledge of occupational psychology and culture and working with survey design specialists, we have created a collection of surveys which we use to help understand an organization’s culture.
These surveys contain a variety of question types and focus on a range of important themes within organizational culture.
Completing these surveys gives us, and you, a clear view of what your culture is like. It also helps to engage everyone in your organization in the work you are doing on your organizational culture.
Facilitating a series of focus groups and interactive workshops gives us a chance to ask more exploratory, meaningful and nuanced questions of your colleagues so that we can gain a deeper understanding of how they experience the culture within your organization.
These sessions also really give your colleagues a meaningful opportunity to contribute to this process, sharing their views in a more open and unstructured way. Given the two way nature of our focus groups, we are able to respond to and build on what is shared by colleagues, gaining richer insight into your culture.
Having completed our seminars, surveys and focus groups, we then analyse everything we have learned in our time with your organization before creating a bespoke report for you, pulling together key insights on your culture and how your colleagues experience working for your organization.
These reports give leaders a clear understanding of what their organizational culture is like, and help them develop the language to correctly talk about and explain their cultures within the organization as well as externally.
