This on-line workshop helps leaders and managers understand what communication is and why it matters, as well as helping them develop some key skills to improve their communications.
As a result of attending this workshop, leaders and managers will be able to communicate more effectively to inform, influence and persuade. They will also be better at building relationships and connecting with others through their communications.
This workshop explores specific topics including Monroe’s motivates sequence, Cialdini’s principles of persuasion, humble inquiry, what great listeners do and the four levels of listening.
As well as providing theory, this workshop provides time for personal reflection and an opportunity for individuals to work together and explore some of these topics in groups.
