As a result of attending this workshop, leaders and managers will develop the skills they need to improve their own and their team members’ relationships at work. This helps improve performance and engagement, and customer and stakeholder delivery.
This workshop explores specific topics including emotions, emotional intelligence, trust and trust-building, us and them thinking, listening skills and the power of feeling understood.
As well as providing theory, this workshop provides time for personal reflection and an opportunity for individuals to work together and explore some of these topics in groups.
