The more we are aware of and able to manage emotions in our teams, the more productive, engaged and fulfilled our teams are.
This on-line workshop helps leaders and managers become more aware of the importance of their own emotions and the emotions of others in the workplace.
As a result of attending this workshop, leaders and managers will develop their emotional self-awareness and intelligence. They’ll also learn some tools to help them manage their own emotions and the emotions of their team members.
This workshop explores specific topics including emotions, our fight or flight responses, emotional intelligence, social pain and several frameworks for thinking about and managing emotions.
As well as providing theory, this workshop provides time for personal reflection and an opportunity for individuals to work together and explore some of these topics in groups.
