The better able we are to use feedback, constructively challenge and speak about hard things, the more productive we are.
This on-line workshop helps leaders and managers understand the importance of a culture of feedback and challenge, and to learn the skills needed to build these cultures.
As a result of attending this workshop, leaders and managers will learn how to receive feedback, and their role in helping others get better at doing so. They’ll also learn models for delivering feedback, constructive challenge and difficult conversations.
This workshop explores specific topics including the emotions of receiving feedback, receiving feedback, the SBI and COIN models for giving feedback, CRM challenge and SPIKES conversations.
As well as providing theory, this workshop provides time for personal reflection and an opportunity for individuals to work together and explore some of these topics in groups.
