This on-line workshop helps leaders and managers understand what stress, resilience and wellbeing are, why they matter and their own roles as leader to improve these factors in their teams.
As a result of attending this workshop, leaders and managers will understand key stressors their teams face and how they can change them. They’ll also learn simple things they can do to improve their own and their teams resilience and wellbeing.
This workshop explores specific topics including stress, resilience, stressors in work, the “stress bucket” concept, the ABCs of resilience and the job demands-resources model.
As well as providing theory, this workshop provides time for personal reflection and an opportunity for individuals to work together and explore some of these topics in groups.
