Change is a constant. The better we are at leading and managing it in our teams, the more able we are to deliver our goals.
This on-line workshop helps leaders and managers understand why leading change well is so important, and helps them learn key principles for doing so well.
As a result of attending this workshop, leaders and managers will understand three key ways to consider change. They’ll be able to plan and lead change processes, understand the psychological impacts change and have the skills to change team cultures.
This workshop explores specific topics including Kotter’s 8 step change model, Bridges’ transition model, the Kubler-Ross change curve, and the core leader mechanisms of culture change.
As well as providing theory, this workshop provides time for personal reflection and an opportunity for individuals to work together and explore some of these topics in groups.
