Hybrid and Remote Working.
We can help you, your team and your organization have more productive and rewarding experiences of hybrid and remote working.
Thriving Hybrid Teams
Over the past few years many teams have been forced to make the move to Hybrid and Remote working. We’ve shown that we can do it. But the move has been reactive and under extreme pressure. As a result, most individuals and organizations are simply surviving in our hybrid and remote teams, when we could be thriving.
Hybrid and remote working brings a host of new challenges for individuals, managers and organizational leaders. How do we stay connected? How do we stay productive? How do we innovate and collaborate well? How do we foster networks? How do we help our new starters grow? How do we make the best uses of our time? How do we support the wellbeing of our teams and ourselves?
There are no simple answers to these questions, but there are things that we can do, starting with increasing our understanding of how hybrid and remote working affects performance, group dynamics and wellbeing. From these building blocks, we can make changes to the ways that we work, manage and lead.
Hybrid Impacts
As more research is undertaken, it’s increasingly clear that hybrid can significantly impact individuals and organizations. In addition, different groups of people and organizations are affected in different ways. Some flourish and some languish in hybrid teams.
Areas of Focus
We focus our work on three main areas that the research shows are highly affected by hybrid working:
- Colleague wellbeing,
- Individual and team performance and productivity, and
- Team relationships and dynamics
All of our seminars, workshops and programmes are designed to help leaders and managers improve wellbeing, performance and team relations and dynamics.
Improving Hybrid Working
We support organizations through a mix of online seminars, workshops, leadership sessions, team and individual coaching and surveys and colleague consultations.
Our seminars are highly informative and great for large numbers of colleagues. Our workshops are highly interactive, and work best for groups of between 10 and 30 participants. Our leadership sessions are very much designed for senior leadership teams who are thinking about challenges, strategies, behaviours and policies at an organizational level.
