After the session it’s over to you to lead the finalisation of your Vision and Values, but we continue to provide support.
Typically, we work with clients to identify two “champions” from within their teams to take this work forward. We then work with these champions to progress the team or organization’s Vision and Values and get them agreed.
Of course, this is just the start really! The next stage of your culture journey involves embedding your new values into the way you work as an organization.
