Connected Leadership is our core leadership and management development programme. It consists of nine, online modules and is usually delivered over 3, 6 or 9 months. We deliver it internally for cohorts of at least 10 participants from one organization. We also deliver it as an open programme that organizations can send individuals or small groups on, or that private individuals can attend.
Connected Management is our core development programme for new to middle managers. It’s designed new or middle level managers who have direct line management responsibility for one or two layers of employees, or who lead projects of work within organizations.
The programme consists of 10 modules covering core topics that helps managers develop the skills, knowledge, tools and confidence to lead thriving, high-performing teams in a human-focused way. It can be delivered as an online programme, a face-to-face programme or as a blended programme.
We deliver Connected Management as an open programme at least once per year, and deliver it as a private, in-house programme for clients.
We provide development programmes as well as individual workshops and seminars on a wide range of topics to help teams and organizations develop.
Our sessions and programmes are always co-delivered by two facilitators and designed to help improve the experience and performance of teams. We have a list of existing topics and focus areas that you can choose from, but we also enjoy creating bespoke content for clients.
